Am back to My Fitness Pal after using other weight loss approaches & programs. Some have helped & motivated me but then life takes over & up goes my weight. My goal is to get down 20 lbs and keep it off. Osteoarthritis is now a new challenge that I have to adjust to.

Are you taking supplements and doing exercises for the condition? As we get older we get new challenges. My mum has arthritis and she does exercises every evening to manage her condition.0

For me, weight loss and gradually getting stronger/fitter helped reduce osteoarthritis symptoms. There are specific programs for people with arthritis, either at places like gyms, Y, or community education programs, or online. Here, I've seen pool exercise programs, Tai Chi, and multi-mode exercise classes that were specifically aimed at people with OA.
Best wishes for success!0 -
