    This morning my kitty, Blitz, sprawled out on her back and let me give her tummy raspberries (aka zerberts) while she kneeded my cheek and purred like a maniac. The warm fur, purring and happy kitty just gave me such a boost. The kitties have given me so many smiles!

    Quick math in my head and realize I’ve consumed quite a bit of food ☹️ but then remember I’m not dieting and don’t care 😃
    But will still probably end the day in a slight deficit 😒

    isn’t it funny how you still sometimes compulsively add up the numbers and pretty much have it all memorized anyway? At least that’s how it is for me.

    Sunshine and warm weather. Seeing my two youngest skip the Xbox to go play outside. I love seeing them enjoy the outdoors and use their imagination ☺️
