    My boy had to cancel some plans with friends Friday so I told him just tell them you need to visit grandma....he was like why would I lie mom? I'll tell them I have my dance class! I like he's enjoying dance and isn't afraid to tell him friends this. He's a cool kid

    Closing on the sale of a house today. Always a very satisfying feeling to end the process of buying a house in total disrepair, fully renovating it, turning it into a nice home for someone, and making a few bucks in the process
