Hi again. I wanted to include a (spring) recipe that is probably not new to you guys but I made this version up and we love it. It’s a little bit hard to record but it’s very filling and high in protein and very low-carb.
Keto Egg Salad
One dozen boiled eggs, peeled and chopped fine with fork
20-ounce package of peppered bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
One cup, grated or diced Jarlsberg or Dubliner
One chopped jalapeño
One cup chopped celery
Chopped green onions
Bobs, big boy, blue cheese dressing to taste
Mix well store in a bowl. We serve 1/2 cup (one egg) to one cup (two eggs) portions with salad or by itself. You could have it on keto bread. This much will last a few days.

I'm so excited to be back for March- hello to everyone! 😊 I'm Kat, 32, 5'1". I have 5 cats and live in the country. I think March will be cold and windy here, but I'm happy to be moving towards warmer days.

3/01: 117.0 I love a nice even number to start out! It's a blustery day and I have a vet appointment later. Tried a low-fat pudding with yogurt and chia for breakfast which was delicious!4 -

Hello my name is Debbie I live in Manitoba Canada and I am 54 {55 on 20}married with 1 son,4 fur babies and a budgie

My lowest weight 105 till I enter my mid 30's I was in my 130's then over the years I just gain the weight .I am an emotional eater and life really threw some curve balls these pass few years so 1 of my coping method was food and to journal I have found ways to deal with my emotions and the extra snacking and one I still journal and my new 1 is coming here been a few short weeks but has already made a difference as I log in and know I found this group looking forward getting to know everyone as we all take a walk on our new healthy life style I:) .I have variety of hobbies and 1 is my planners ,reading and being outdoors to name a few

March 01: 156.4 😁 👣 📝 💪 💦 Busy day yesterday. For Christmas my husband makes a Daddy-Do list for Allyson. This year she wanted to convert her coat closet into a pantry. We got that done yesterday. I spent the day handing tools (kind of felt like a dental hygenist- LOL). In the down time, I helped her with her taxes. Spent most of the day there, had take-out for lunch. I did get my walk in before we went, and did a strength train session when we got home. I am tracking differently this month, so I went over my calorie limit a little if I don't count my exercise. Was happy with the scale today.
March 2: 156.8 👣 📝 🫀💦Quiet day yesterday. Made some chili for dinner, the uptick is probably sodium. Figuring out this new tracking, it is really hard to stay under without my exercise. But I'll give it a try for a week to see how things go. I was very hungry, and had a protein bar late in the day which put me over.

A friend of mine who snowbirds in AZ sent me some lemons yesterday. I decided to make Chicken Piccata with the lemons. I made enough for two meals. We ate it all.🐷 No surprise, the scale showed my second helping of Chicken Piccata this morning. I will do an extended fast today to counteract my poor decision.

Hi All,
This is my 7th month with this group! I'm 5'2" and I've just hit my target weight of around 124 lbs. One of my goals at this point is to lose maybe 2 more pounds or so and figure out what my maintenance weight range should be. Another goal is to start running again.
Original starting weight: 160 lbs
Goal for March: 122.0 lbs ?
March 1: DNW. I'm sick! I feel terrible. I am not going to weigh or log until I feel better.
March 2: 122.6 I was very sick yesterday and the previous day, and didn't eat very much. Today I am feeling a little bit better.
