Probably the best thing I’ve discovered on my journey

I started my fitness journey in January-February of 2023…. It began with long morning walks and eventually turned into a very consistent gym routine. It helped my self esteem and self worth issues so much. As well as helping me overcome my dr*g add*ction.
Recently… (since about November 2023) my self worth, and anxiety levels skyrocketed, and I haven’t really gotten them under control until about 2 weeks ago.
⚡️ Recently ,I’ve been going on quick morning runs everyday first thing, before hygiene and other things. I find that the more I do these quick 10-15 minutes of morning jogs keep my mind from going to darker places, as well as keeping my mood and energy levels up.

    Good discovery! My most anxious time of the day is first thing in the morning, and sometimes the only thing that works is strenuous exercise. Keep it going, and huge congrats on your sober time. :flowerforyou:
