I made a commitment to my nutrition November 1st. 30 days later i made a commitment to the gym. 30 days later i made a commitment to myself that i would keep my head down and keep grinding. Do it for yourself, stay strong, and consistent! You will surprise yourself with how far you go!

I have been eating 1200 to 1300 calories per day for two weeks and I am up 2 pounds. At one point I was up 5 though.0
