I've been struggling the last few months, thankfully there is still a bit of determination in me to keep going. We both have had some health issues the past year or so and had made the decision to sell our home, we will be moving in the next couple of weeks, so hopefully things will calm down after that.

March was a learning experience for sure, all weekends were away where I did not track foods or drinks. Noticed that I had a couple of F'it weekdays following these "free" weekends. I do not want to regain all the lost weight which means I need some measure of control during Saturday and Sunday no matter where I am (I have my phone with me why not log it? My body is recording every single calorie even if I am not)

I can't believe I'm in my 200s...it all happened when I hit my 50s. I'm 58 now. I was 170 forever and thought I'd stay there. My highest has been 210 and I don't want to go any higher. This is the first time I've joined a challenge. I hope this helps me and helps you, as well.

Well, this isn't off to a very good start. I guess with Easter and a night out with friends, staying stable is better than going up, but I was under my calorie count every day except for the night out. I was active last weekend and worked out or walked Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. This is going to be a long road.

Baby steps works for meβ¦.so I finally had a loss but then Easter Sunday and my husbands birthday came and included some extra calories and sweets. Jumping right back in to including more nutritious and fresh meals this weekend. Will update weight on Monday.
