    JFT Saturday 6th April

    THINK before I eat ✅
    Log everything ❌
    Stay in the green ❌
    No snacking ✅
    PF exercises ✅

Messed up again! Breakfast and lunch were good as always, but then in the evening the family said "takeaway?" I nearly always agree when they say that (probably about twice a month) because it means they visit and we have a nice evening together. For me, the company is more important than the food. The ony good thing is I don't finish the too large portions.

I'll try harder today, I shopped for the healthy food yesterday. It is still horrendously windy, nearly got blown over yesterday trying to stell a fence up.

    JFT Sunday 7th

    THINK before I eat
    Log everything
    Stay in the green
    No snacking
    PF exercises
    Back exercises
    Banking/paperwork

    5lb challenge

    💗 Terri 💗

Working on getting back to the middle of my weight range. (130 < x < 140) I’m using weekly mini goal as weight fluctuates from day to day.

3 lbs challenge: (weigh less on 24th March than I did on 17th)
    17/3: 137.8
    24/3: 137,6 (0.2 down 👌🏻)
25/3: 137.5 (Weigh less on 31st March than I did on the 24th)
31/3: 136.7 it’s been up and down for the last few days. But reasonably happy so far. Back to my pre-Christmas weight, but will go for the last 1lb.
1/4: 136.5 (Weigh less on 8th than on 1st April)
    4/4: 136.5
7/4: 137.1 (Maybe my body is trying to tell me something 😝)

💡Being more mindful on portions, and snacks, Eating just a small portion of my exercise calories.
💡Sticking to my Solid Habits, and being mindful of over snacking.

    Hey everyone!

I've not been doing as well as I like. We haven't exercised for 3 days, Ash was ill and then Saskia. So we've just been dealing with that.
And then I've got into the snacks again.

I tried really hard yesterday to say no but then I felt a bit under the weather so I didn't have any lunch. Casey gave me a few chocolates out of her Easter "stash" LOL she's got it all hidden under her bed 😂

So again I need to try and not eat snacks!!

Suuuuuper jealous of my US friends who get to see the eclipse!!
If anyone could snap me a picture that would be very much appreciated 🙏

@littleblackskirt Mom was 19 and Dad was 21 when they married. 18 months later, along came me, then my sister & three brothers... Mom was 27 and had 5 little kids to take care of. I can't even imagine!

@Bex953172 Our location is at 84% for the solar eclipse, but hubby and I don't have the proper viewing equipment. We just passed the peak about 40 minutes ago, and the house was dark inside, while outside, the light was weird too. Two friends have traveled to view the eclipse in total, about an 8 hour drive. Will be interested to see any photos they get.

@pridesabtch I'd be ticked at the hubby, too, if he was doing things that hindered his healing & recovery. Hugs!

    Goals for tomorrow, Monday, 4/8
    1. continue to log food. I've not been feeling well at all... but I am logging my food at least. :)
    2. concentrate on more water. I've given up soda.. a biggie for me... but I still need to get with drinking more water. :)
    3. watch the eclipse. :)
    4. skipping the gym... I need to wait until this cold is over, my lungs are cleared so I can breathe better, and don't want to get others sick. I hate being sick.. this is a week for me with zero energy. Only plus is that I've lost some weight.. but not the way to do it. :)
Feeling a little better today, but I still have a very deep cough, and a lot of congestion. But it was nice to get outside and watch the eclipse, and I did a little yard work. I can't do much before I have to stop and rest, but at least I got a little done.. some periennals divided and replanted, some weeding done.
I do have to watch my food though, as because I'm feeling better I'm more hungry!
    JFT, Tues
    1. log all food. Keep calories 1400-1600
    2. concentrate on water
    3. work in the yard a little more today
And thats about all I'm going to plan for tomorrow. I will take the day as it comes.
