Intro and Accountability

Hi Fitness Pals! I’m Ange, and I'm back on my fitness journey after a 'wait, what?' moment I had the other day on the scale. I thought I gained 4 pounds (which I was upset about), but it turns out it was 14. Oops! So here I am, trying to get motivated about losing 20ish pounds.

I’m not so concerned with the scale, but I know my ideal weight because I’ve been there most of my life. Genetically, I have to say I’ve been pretty lucky, but as I’m getting older and have encountered some challenges (back injury and nose/breathing issues), it’s been harder to maintain a healthy weight.

I'm looking for a female accountability partner who is flexible (I have a random work schedule). I’m open to ideas and suggestions on how we can make this work, even having multiple partners in a group could be an option. Maybe even get on a similar exercise routine and exchange recipes?
