Still at it, reached my goal for the month. Made it to the upper 150s, lower 150s here I come! Trying to psyche myself up for this workout over lunch hourβ¦.i donβt wannaβ¦just have to keep reminding myself of the results I have seen and will keep seeing if I do it.3 -

3 April β 58.6 β not a good nightβs sleep. Does overthinking when you should be sleeping burn extra calories?

5 April β 58.4 β weights workout yesterday. Tired today but need to do some exercise so I can earn my Friday evening wine. Swapped out some of my black coffees for mint tea and wondering if the lower caffeine intake helps with water weight.
6 April β 58.6 β Same as last week, Friday wine means weight on Saturday morning has gone up 0.2kg. Disappointing, but not unexpected.
7 April β 58.4 β only one small glass of wine last night so back to where I was a few days ago. Feeling very unmotivated at the moment.

9 April β 58.3 β Tried W2 C25K again yesterday. My knees are complaining bitterly today.
10 April β 58.2 β just a walk yesterday. May try a stretch class at the gym this afternoon.

15 April β 57.8 β had a great time away but not really surprised by the drop in the scales as Iβm a fussy eater and the food provided meant my eating choices were limited. Didnβt feel particularly hungry whilst I was there, but now that Iβm home itβs a different matter.
16 April β 57.7 β weights session yesterday. Always a bit worried that losing weight means losing muscle but seems to be okay although Iβm really tired today.
17 April β 57.7 β break in the rainy weather this morning so going for a walk in the woods before the bluebells disappear.
18 April β 57.8 β hungry yesterday but ate within calories so slightly disappointed with the scales. Seem to have a bit of an irritating cough starting. Climbing today but not feeling the love.
19 April - 57.5 β no idea what my scales are doing but obviously not complaining. Climbing turned out to be better than expected though.
20 April β 57.7 β Friday night wine pattern definitely emerging.
21April β 57.7 β my irritating cough is becoming more annoying β hope it doesn't linger too long.
22 April β 57.6
23 April β 57.6 β cough is gone which is a relief, but I feel tired today. Acid reflux is bad at the moment so canβt even perk myself up with coffee.
24 April β 57.5 β reflux is subsiding with meds, huge relief. Climbing again today.
25 April β 57.3 β managed a coffee after climbing yesterday; overslept this morning; happy to see the numbers on the scales.
26 April β 57.2 β up early to bake bread; weights session planned for today and then Friday wine.
27 April β 57.3 β Friday wine uptick. Walk today and hoping the rain holds off.
28 April β 57.1 β Fridays weights and yesterdays long walk finally catching up with me and I overslept this morning. Today will be a lazy day trying to eat mindfully.
29 April β 57.1 β climbing this morning. Sun is shining for a change which is a bonus.

NSV β Waist now in the healthy range. I can now struggle into the walking shorts I hung on the back of my bathroom door as incentive AND even fasten them up! Wouldnβt like to have to sit down in them though β maybe by the end of next month?
