    We can n will do this ladies!!!! It's a lifestyle change n it took us a long time to gain the weigh n eat sooo poorly, so it will take us time to be consistent at making healthy choices :) Halloween still 32 days away, ample time to make changes n feel good about ourselves... Let's get it done :D

    Great job ladies! Today is thursday that means everyone needs to push extra hard and DO NOT lose focus over the weekend because we all need good numbers on Mondays HALF WAY point weigh in! Lets do this Mummies!!!!

    As for me, today was my half way thru level 3 weigh in of the shred..........143.6!!!! Im thrilled, and Im almost done with my 3rd round of the shred so Im double thrilled to take some time off! LOL

    I feel like I'm starting to lose focus. I've been at this for four months at the end of this month. I've lost 20 lbs but am up 2 this week due to some bad eating Saturday and on Tuesday. I need a kick in the *kitten* from someone.

    it gets tough sometimes but you can do this!! it is easy to get in a rutt and hard to get out but you are worth it!!! drink some water, eat something new and try a new excercise.................NOW WOMAN :wink:

    Mommies!!!! Its the end of a month!! How did u do? Are you halfway there? Me, well i only lost a pound, but its such a meaniful pound! I broke the 150's and will not turn back! No matter your loss, remember it is that, a LOSS!! We are doing so well! We are 4 weeks in and have 4 more to go until Halloween!!!! This is where we slack some, mid challenge...motivation gets weary and we get bored with this journey. Well, pep up Mummies!!! LETS DO THIS!! Tommorow is a new month and we have 8 pounds to lose and 4 more weeks to go! Lets make our 1st October weigh in a great one!

    Well we started on the 5th and since then I am 5.5lbs down! Mostly thanks to my Shred! Im over half way there and only 1.3lbs from my prepreg weight. Could not be happier! Cant wait till out halloween weigh in! Keep pushing ladies, no slacking now!!! So many of us left our 150s in the last challenge!!! Lets keep it that way!

    Hmm - I'm at 3.5lbs lost. I think I started at 164 and weighed 160.5 this morning. That is actually a 1 pound gain from Monday:sad: . It's probably TOM though. I will get there!!!

    Half way through cant believe it!!! Since the 5th I have lost just under 8 pounds!!!! I am so pumped, starting tuesday is my last two weeks of the my 6 weeks (ended up taking longer than 6 weeks) boot camp. Since we will have a few weeks left of our challenge still im gonna go right back to doing it again, and hopefully will knock it out in the 6 weeks instead of about 8 weeks.

    I am so proud of everyone so far!!!! I dont know if Im gonna actually be doing anythign for halloween, not super confident in myself to wear something cute and fun, but we will see.

    I have lost a little over 3lbs... not where I would like to be. I find it hard to stay motivated consistenly but I think that the new challenge that i have joined for the month of October will push me (30DS) GOOD JOB everyone :)

    Hi Mummies!! back to 149 this morning...ekkk.yesterday scale said 148! guess it was a tease! lets get october going mummies!!! ran my 1st 5k yesterday and it felt amazing!! lets make this weeks goal:

    manage your macro nutrients....lets try to stay inside our appropriate range!...4 more weeks to lose our goal of 8 pds! Hats off to heatherblack84 for acheiving that early!!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :drinker: :drinker:

    Just under the 2 lb/week goal I have been aiming for, but I guess last week's loss made up for this week. I have NOT been good with my water uptake, so I think that does have something to do with it! This week, my goal is back on drinking lots of water!! Hope everyone had a great start to October.

    Morning Mummies!!!! How was everyones weekend? Mine was long and exhausting with family drama, and my husband was gone all weekend so it was just the kids and I. Then yesterday my husband filled his deer tag so hopefully weekends slow down again! but on a positve note, half way thru this challenge i am 2.5lbs away from challenge goal!! Ive got 2 more days left of the shred, it would be amazing if come wednesdays shred weigh in i weighed 140... wont happen but it'd be amazing! haha

    GM everyone! Ive been doing some jogging and started 30DS, I did day 1 on Saturday and will have to double up tonight... feeling a little off today and yesterday... just part of routine that I go through.. but I am quite excited about my weight loss... 4 lbs to date :)

    YAY! for all of you that lost!! I however am struggling yet again! I can not break the 190's and as of today am almost reentering the 200's! I so do not want to go there again. My weigh in today is 198.8...............................BOOOOOOO! but i am in good spirits about it and ready to try again this week.....
