    @Chapter_3: Food is a natural gathering point, so my friends and I choose different places these days; there are a couple really great salad places in my area that have "bowls", summer rolls or other healthy options; most list calories and ingredients. Even when going out with my DP I look ahead at menus and plan my choices. I love food, I'm just learning to make it healthier.

    non food: My BFF in AZ joined multiple quilting groups and that's how she made friends when she moved there. I've made friends at my gym, which doubles as social and physical:-) My daughter and I go for pedicures; we also walk together a couple times a week, as do my close friend and I a couple times a month. Walking is great for talking!

    @SofaKween: good for you doing sourdough starter! I was just talking to a client about hers last week, which she's been doing for many years! I'd love to try it but was afraid, how did you "start" your starter??

    @quiltingjaine ~ so sorry to hear about Oskar, I had moved on to round 262 and didn't see the news. I feel your pain, as I had to do the same to my 14-year-old baby last July, with sudden onset of diabetes with Keto acidosis. I was so heartbroken, and I still am. Miss him dearly. Remember all to good and fun times that you had and now that Oskar is playing with my Yoda and they both are no longer suffering. :brokenheart:

    06/06 -181.4- (Trend weight 184.2) I typed my weight today in the neutral black because I know it is just a fluctuation or a correction of itself. Yesterday was a day without a whole lot of activity but I did get in a morning Youtube workout before the guys arrived. Chicken for dinner again which kept me pretty satisfied last night. Today is pre-logged so hopefully I can stick to my guns and hit 180 point something soon. I would love to be teetering on the 170’s. Enjoy your day everyone.     06/07 -DNW- (Trend weight DNW) Today is my normal no-weigh Friday. Yesterday was a so-so day. I did not follow my pre-logged foods and ended choosing not-so-wisely in most cases, even if it fit in my macros. I found my choices to be frivolous, lazy and not very fulfilling. I will make better actual choices today by pre-logging and actually STICKING TO IT!!! Exercise was mediocre at best but I did get a little bit in. Hard to do with contractors all day and my DGS arrived in the evening for an overnight. I did start today with another short youtube video before he woke up today.
