Hello, I'm new to tracking on MFP and I am hoping to keep to a very low carb and higher protein and veggies. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I dont know how low you consider low for carbs, but I came up with a sample substitution that my doctor thinks looks good. Im presently doing heavy weight training, if you wonder about the protein levels.
Basically, Im starting with a pasta dish my wife made. I reduce by half and add 6oz of chicken breast
