Hey, I'm Amy. I'm 23 years old. Im from Liverpool. I have a little girl who is 19 months old. I am trying to find a way to feel confident in myself again and become healthier. I need the confidence to go back the gym as I want to loose some weight as my postpartum stomache isn't the best .
