Everybody is welcome to post here if you need a little extra motivation.
September 1: my regular stretching routine, 25 minutes
September 2: the same, 24 minutes
September 3: again early morning stretching routine, 22 minutes. I don’t add my work to exercise although it adds a lot to my calorie burn.

September 4: - strength training in the gym, abs, chest and shoulders, 56 minutes, 310 reps, 7,495 kg;
- yoga class 45 minutes
- Brisk outdoor walk as my gym is now based in two locations, 44 minutes, 3.78 km

Strength training 33 minutes
