    Oof, I can relate. Hope it's not a long construction project! I just got a new roof and having a crew of people traipsing all over the roof, shingles and debris everywhere and incessant nail guns for three days was quite nerve wracking! BUT I'm grateful to have it done and for those workers who did all of that in 100+ degree heat.

    This irks me every day because it's the same radio commercial every day.

    A kid meets up with his family after playing some sportsy type game really well. Congratulations all around and they decide on celebratory tacos. Kid who played the game likes a place in Boyle Heights. His sister thinks they're better in South Gate. Dad likes a hidden place downtown. Mom, for whatever reason, wants to make them instead of having a night off (that's only part of my irk).
    Stop fighting and let the kid who expended all that energy playing have whatever damn tacos he wants!
    I swear to god, EVERY TIME I hear that commercial, I wanna yell at the family.

    Sooooo any irks lately? *innocent smile*

    Well, I *have* been having bad luck with deliveries lately (other than getting a second order of free stuff from a company that tried to deliver to the wrong building).

    Other than that, order something off ebay with an expiration date but they sent me one already expired.

    And the replacement from another person on ebay was delivered today but to some other office so no clue if I'll ever see it. (Altho not sure if they'd really want to steal an A1c home testing kit.)

    In all honesty? This app. I'm running into way more ads. And with them taking away the scanning feature unless you have a premium account, it just doesn't feel worthwhile to keep this.

    OMG! Someone seriously doesn't want me to buy an a1c at home test!!!!

    I bought one straight from Walmart, received it, and the analyzer was damaged!!!! There was no little circle to dispense the blood.

    Then I tried to return it but it's non returnable. I called cs and the guy gave me a refund anyway.

    Then I went to amazon to buy the 4 pack. Let's see how that gets screwed up. (It'll probably be expired.)

    Oh and I ate a huge *kitten* chocolate chip cookie at work today. Like blood sugar was 127 2 hours later big.

    (He's never on time and I know this but still irked because he's going to make me stand around and wait and do other things before he tells me what else he needs.)
