Weight Loss Journey

Hello,
I'm 51 year old male 6'3 and currently weigh 268 lbs. I was at 360 pounds about 6 to 7 months ago. I have lost around 90 pounds. I am trying to loose another 63 pounds to get to 205 lbs. That's the goal. I have started to go to the gym about 3 weeks ago.
My question is what are some best gym routines for further weight loss? Currently I'm focusing on treadmill for 45 minutes at 3.2mph for 2 minutes then 4.2mph for 1 minute and then I repeat the same for 45 minutes. Then I will do light weight training for about 10 minutes.
I'm also doing 16:8 intermittent fasting as well. First meal is at 12pm and 2nd meal is around 5:30pm. No snacking at all. I'm trying to keep calories at around 1200. I'm also a vegetarian.
Any tips suggestions for diet or gym routine as mentioned before would be appreciated.

Congratulations you've done very well for yourself losing 90 lbs. And your plan thus far sounds good to me, but if you want to switch it up I'd add other cardio along with the treadmill such as bike riding at the gym or any other cardio machine or class you may like. Along with increasing your weight lifting time as well. And *kitten* your food to make sure your getting enough nutrients for exercise and weight loss and last but not least drink enough water.
Again congratulations you're already an inspiration and you can continue to do this, because you're well on your way by the looks of your plan and success.ππ½ββοΈπ€Έπ½ββοΈπ΄π½ββοΈπ§π½ββοΈπ©π½βπ¦Όππ½ββοΈ2 -

The gym is fine and it does burn some calories and amazing for health and muscle retention however understand that a big majority of your fatloss comes from your diet.
