    Next week's goal is 178 lbs. I haven't been in the 170s in nearly 3 years.
    I was happy to go on my stitchfix account (website where they send you 5 clothing items each time and you can buy some, none or all for a big discount). Anyway, I was happy to change my settings: weight, pants and top sizes... For once, I wasn't moving UP to a bigger size.

    I finally went back to the gym to workout. I've been doing yoga but not going to the gym. My goal is to go twice a week to do cardio and some weights.
