    I started walking every day and added 1 lb hand weights..2 lbs total. You would think that is so little but wow, it has made a difference in how much harder I am actually working. I may look ridiculous walking down the street, pressing them over my head or in front of me, but who cares? I also put both in one hand and do some bicep curls. I am definitely breathing harder than when I was just walking.

    That's a great idea!! I have also seen people with weighted vests walking but I would prefer the hand weights so you can get an arm workout! Thanks for sharing!

    Hi, I am a 66yr old female from Idaho Work full time in a demanding job. Trying to find my new normal. Lots of stress coming and going. Gained some weight and want to get back to maintenance. Ya I am short, 5ft tall.
    Highest weight 127 . I want to leave 120ville and live in 110ville (115)
