Any tips for finding workout motivation?

Hi all! Lately, I have lost the motivation to exercise. I do work full-time and school part-time so my time is crunched but even when I'm not busy, I have no motivation to exercise. I just am a couch potato. Any tips for finding that motivation to exercise?

Try to find exercise you enjoy.
Last time I worked out, I did multiple days of cardio and weight training.
I'm doing just weights now and I'm over 3.5 months in and I don't have to force myself to the gym, I want to go.
I do try to walk my dogs a bit more to get some extra steps in for 'cardio' (and I do dog sports that require some running/walking) but just doing weights at the gym is way more inticing to me than doing a bunch of cardio which makes it way easier to do.
Try to find something like that. Yoga, dance class, running, weights, etc. Try to find something you enjoy.

    Tips for motivating to exercise

    1. Just do it! – Take Nike’s slogan literally and immediately start exercising. This actually works because sometimes if you give yourself too much time to think about exercising a little voice inside your head will try to talk you out of it.

    2. Exercise first thing in the morning – This technique is very effective because it encourages you to exercise before the rest of the day gets in your way. Sometimes the longer that you wait the more excuses you’ll come up with to put off exercising until later.

    3. Use the progress you’ve made to motivate you – Once you have built a good solid foundation of regular exercise you will have seen some pretty substantial results. Take a look in the mirror and remind yourself that you look the way that you do now is because you adopted a healthier lifestyle and exercise is an integral part of the lifestyle. This will help to motivate you to push through any resistance to exercising that day. This one among these three is my personal favorite.
