September was a not so great month with a gain of 1.6 lbs. October will be better.
July starting weight : 164.2

10/1: 158.2 - Made it to they gym after work!

10/4: 159.2 self sabotage? I ate a not so healthy big meal last night of something I had been craving. At least I worked out before I did it. I will be back at trying to eat healthy today. Its my first Friday off on my new work schedule!

10/19: 159 - Ugh! Finally catching up on entering my daily weigh in. I have not done so great so far this month. Only went to the gym twice this week. I have been tired trying to get use to my new work schedule. 9.5 hour days and then trying to go to the gym and coming home and cooking dinner has been a challenge. On the upside for this week my daughter got rid of her useless boyfriend! My FitBit pretty much bit the dust so just order a new Apple watch this morning. Best Buy has them on sale through tomorrow. Never had one before. Only reason I can justify it is because it was on sale.

10/25: 160.2 - Ugh! This new work schedule is hard. I love it, but working 9.5 hrs a day and then gym and then cooking dinner is rough. We have been eating out more than eating in and of course its not high quality eating out when you are feeding 4+ people. This week has been a little crazy. I meal prepped for breakfast and lunch and pretty much stuck to it. Its dinner I need to do better on. My daughter's useless ex is still trying contacting us. Yes, even me. He just needs to go away and move on. I just got my Apple watch Wednesday evening, so yesterday was the first day I wore it. Its so complicated, so still need to figure it out. I did find a new piece of gym equipment I like. The stair climber! I got on it for the first time this week and I like it better than the elliptical. I was able to do it for 9 minutes yesterday. I'm a treadmill girl.

10/27: 159.6 - ? I don't understand my body at this point. Didn't eat the greatest yesterday, but did get sleep last night. Maybe its sleep?

10/30-192.4-(Trend Weight 192.5)- I did a semi-fasting day yesterday with very very low calories (and low carbs too). This naturally allowed for my fats, sodium and sugars to be low as well. It created a large drop on the scale and hopefully has turned the ship back around to losing again. I really pushed the water and shed water all day yesterday and last night. Today I will go back up in calorie to my normal plan more than likely. It is hair appointment day. Haircut time! Still unseasonably warm here in Northern Michigan. Enjoy your day, wherever you are!
10/31-190.6-(Trend weight-192.3-[/b]) A nice drop again after the TMI finally came along that was missing yesterday. Gravitating toward the 180’s slowly and in stealth mode. Perhaps I can sneak up on it and it won’t notice! Down 3 lbs for the month after making a quick turnaround at the end of the month. Hoping to keep up the momentum. Anyway, Have a safe evening my friends and lets try to remember that the candy belongs to our kids, grandkids and random trick-or-treaters. Not you or me. Yes, even the Reese‘s Peanut Butter Cups!

FIRST HALF OF THE MONTH:
11/01-190.6-(Trend Weight 192.1)- I was able to weigh in after all though this is typically a no-weigh Friday. There is no school today for my DGS so I was able to hop on the scale at around my normal time. I’m shocked to see the scale did not go up. My meals were good yesterday but then I got into my DGS’s Halloween bag and had two fistfuls of candy bar minis / m&m’s. I give away small bottles of Sunny D and Capri Sun drink pouches (no red dyes in either) so there was no candy temptation here UNTIL he came in with a bunch of candy that he’s smart enough to ration even at age 6. I could learn a lot! Anyway, God was Good and I was blessed with the exact same weight as yesterday and a trend weight that went down. I'm off to a decent start. Good luck to all, let's make it a good month!
