2. Pshycological problems ( stress eating, bulimia)
3. Gastrointestinal problems ( GORD, ulcers)

and unable to lose weight as fast as others and get disheartened , welcome here for slow but steady progress.

    Weight does not move but I feel good about myself and my fitness is improving.
