11/24 ⚖️ discouraging even though I’ve stayed on plan. I have a lot of stress (cortisol) & my body is retaining everything. P:E 1:1 P90g. Your posts are encouraging! Today I will 🚶‍♀️, decompress, take time to smell the roses & 🏋️‍♀️.

11/25 I started my walk yesterday & decided to turn around - foot pain on pavement. It’s amazing how my foot is not as impacted on a clay tennis court vs hard surface. Thinking of taking the trail @ local park.
    ✅ 🏋️‍♀️45 min 💤8 P:E 1:1 Pg 120 & under calories.

DGS is in for a morning basketball camp M through W this week. I am the chauffeur and looking forward to it!

Sorry I haven’t posted. I hope to catch up on the all the posts soon. It’s been an incredibly long and busy weekend, but mostly I think was too ashamed to post my weight. After a hedonic Thursday and Friday, the scale said I’d gained 3 lbs. Oh, yeah, I double checked against a second scale. The truth hurts, but it is a great teacher if we can bear to listen. I am going to practice what I preach and keep at it. Thank you @capewrathultra for helping me remember what I knew but still found hard to do, just at the right time.

@_JeffreyD_ I have to agree. It was the appeal of “only” 10 days which attracted me all those years ago.

Fell off the challenge bandwagon in round 256, managed to keep losing weight until June 12th when I hit 155.9 (70.7 kg). I fell off the weight loss wagon shortly after. Decided to start back up the day before Round 278 started.

    SW RD 279: 160.3 (72.7 kg)
11/22- 160.4 (72.8 kg) Late night for me. Just got home from seeing Transiberian Orchestra. This is our 3rd or 4th time seeing it. We wait 2-3 years between shows. I forget how loud concerts can be and wish I brought earplugs. But I had a really good time, nonetheless. I'm curious how a Taco Bell quesadilla for dinner and 11pm snack of pudding will affect tomorrow's weigh in. I'm still within calorie goal though.
11/23- 159.5 (72.3 kg) Sometimes I swear the scale works in strange ways. I'm not going to sweat it. Today was a very lazy, totally sedentary day. Tomorrow I'm going to get my butt up and join my husband on the morning dog walk.
11/24- 159.4 (72.3 kg) We went on a mini driving adventure today after walking the dog. We both had gas station snacks for breakfast on the way, and even with a late lunch and a big bowl of zuppa Toscana for dinner, I'm feeling slightly hungry.
11/25- 159.8 (72.5) One day down this week. Hoping to work less than a full day on Thanksgiving.
