I've had the MIND diet recommended to me by a couple of my providers. It's a combination of the Mediterranean and DASH diets that has been shown to promote brain health and lower the odds of experiencing cognitive decline. I've found it a little challenging to stick to because I just don't do enough advance meal planning to get everything worked into the plan. It's a pretty basic diet though.

I totally get where you're coming from – sticking to a specific diet, especially something like the MIND diet, can be tricky. I tried it for a while too, and like you, I found the meal planning to be the hardest part. I think the Mediterranean foods are so delicious though, so that kept me going for a bit.

And for anyone into dab rigs, I’ve been loving the DankGeek silicone dab rigs lately – they're super easy to clean and handle. I also found that having a fun little routine around things helped – like having some downtime with a Recycler Dab Rig at night, just to unwind.

I have been diagnosed with Depression and take a lot of medication for it. I don't have a specific diet to recommend, but some suggestions. Stay away from processed food, especially refined carbohydrates and sweets. Pump up the lean proteins and healthy fats like avocado, nuts, and fatty fish to combat cravings. Fruit (in moderation) helps too. Think volume eating (like big salads). Get outside and do some walking, even if it's only 5 minutes. You can always add more over time. MFP is a good source of support, you can do this!
