I accidentally lost 5kg without trying, I'm not really sure what happened. Hoping to lose another 5kg by cutting out milk and sugary drinks. My friend commented that I always have a glass of water in my hand, which was an unexpected compliment, lol. I usually have a glass of water with dinner and I encourage my family to do the same. Guess I'm a bit annoying, but they often go along with it. Hopefully next year is better, I am hoping to lose at least 25kg. Can't really complain though, I didn't do anything significant this year but still lost a clothing size and went down in weight. I wish I knew what had caused the changes, I just wasn't paying attention.6

I lost almost 20 lbs this year! Actually in 5 months. I'm thrilled about that. I walked a lot and logged a lot of eggs! I want to lose another 20-25 lbs in 2025. I plan to start going to the gym again, specifically adding strength training and keeping up with my cardio. As far as diet, I'm going to focus on fibre and protein. Maybe adding more leafy greens and seafood. Learning some new recipes. My blood pressure and blood sugar have come down finally. I plan to maintain my current weight over the holidays and start up again in early January.3
