Wow!! So far the few of you are doing great. I had never tracked my steps before this. Bought a Sportline pedometer and have only managed to walk 4,029 steps and it is alomst 7pm...It must take ALOT of walking to make atleast 10,000. I wont get discouraged....but GEESH!!

Hang in there! When I started this last month, my shins hurt at first. Go at your own pace and have fun!

I was so tired by the time I got home last night I didn't post. We went to pumpkin hollow and didn't get in until almost midnight. 8,962. I didn't really worry about my steps yesterday thinking our outting would surely cover it. Well my mistake for being lazy.

    Yesterday was 6,257.
Less than I wanted but I ended up in the car on a short road trip for 4 hours. That took a lot of my walking time.
Still posting even when I don't make it. I'm up and moving today! :)

10/01 I was at about 7,000 the last time I had checked it but somehow it got reset :-( so I'll log it at 7,000 for the day and hopefully today it won't get reset and I can see what my real total is.

That's my plan -- to log whatever steps I get. Great Job!

Congratulations to everyone who is tracking and walking. After my 15,000 plus steps yesterday, I woke up in the middle of the night with little aches in my feet and calves. Got up and stretched and was able to go back to sleep. So this is a reminder to everyone doing this challenge, as you increase your walking, don't forget to STRETCH.
