    Hey I'm shells an new to this app, I recently decided at the end of last year that I'm ready to start my new journey and part of that is me going on weight loss program. I'm 27 yrs old and currently weigh 213, my goal this year is to drop 20 lbs by June so down to 170. I'm also looking to start making friends as well and would love an accept any advice!!!

    Hi I'm Sara. I have been on MFP for years, and am a yo-yo person. I'm almost back at my original starting weight, which sucks, so I'm looking to once again get on the wagon and get healthy. I did so well in years past by having friends to have accountability, and I hate that they took the feed away. It was so nice to be able to have others view my diary to keep me honest. If anyone wants to be accountability partners friend me and I will look at your diary daily if you wish, and hopefully you will look at mine too. 🙂

    I am working SO HARD to have an ideal balance of diet, exercise and lifestyle in general. I aim for high protein and lower carbs. I am a diabetic and having amazing success keeping my blood sugar down.

    I have lost over 60 pounds but it was mostly prior to this app. This is serious business to me!
