I think all good parents think this. After all no one’s life is perfect. Plus they learn through how we handle things rather through perfection. 😉 I hope the best for both of you. ❤️1 -

Can I leave my BCAA’s in my large water to gain energy all day or does that defeat the purpose?! 😑0

Yes can leave your BCAA’s in your water all day for sure. Whether they actually provide extra energy if you’re already consuming enough protein in your diet is questionable. There is a product by 5% nutrition called ALL DAY YOU MAY which is BCAA and meant to be consumed in between meals, intro and post workout.
Had great flavors but I haven’t used them in several years.1 -
I’m sick of being ill 😷 if I’m in hospital because of a daft cough on my birthday I’m gonna celebrate it for a month instead of a day 😜2

5% had some great momentum behind them when Rich was still alive, but kinda fell away after, they had some crazy preworkout formulas as well. I seen recently they are gaining traction again.
My thought is…why are lunges and Bulgarian split squats so evil?

I quit alcohol on that day, changed my diet for the better too.

Try not to worry too much.
My ex had a similar issue, he quit drinking alcohol and everything was normal on the next test.

Liver enzymes can also raise due to strenuous exercise as well. The AST and ALT enzymes are also found in skeletal muscle. Health anxiety sucks but I’m sure you’re good T! 🤗
Look into TUDCA, NAC and glutathione.1 -

I’m. It convinced bcaa are worth the skrilla - but do partake in eaa’s as I workout first thing in the morning - but again I don’t know if it’s worth it either tbh -1 -

Isn’t mortadella ultimately just a higher quality of Bologna?! I feel like the Italian food police are going to shoot me! 😬0

I have never eaten Indian food.
Not a fan of curry, that’s in a lot of Indian food I’ve been told.

I used to be an OG mfp’er, like back in 2013, and we used to have activity feeds similar to other social platforms. Mfp got rid of it at some point over the years - but I’m curious if it’s come back in any sort of iteration?
I’m sans friends on here these days, so unsure if I don’t see one still just because of that, or if it’s still just not a thing anymore? 🧐0 -
Is it in bad taste to walk into a black owned business and wish everyone a happy MLK Jr day instead of a happy end of freedom as we know it day?0
