I quit alcohol on that day, changed my diet for the better too.
Try not to worry too much.
My ex had a similar issue, he quit drinking alcohol and everything was normal on the next test.

Yes can leave your BCAA’s in your water all day for sure. Whether they actually provide extra energy if you’re already consuming enough protein in your diet is questionable. There is a product by 5% nutrition called ALL DAY YOU MAY which is BCAA and meant to be consumed in between meals, intro and post workout.
Had great flavors but I haven’t used them in several years.
5% had some great momentum behind them when Rich was still alive, but kinda fell away after, they had some crazy preworkout formulas as well. I seen recently they are gaining traction again.
My thought is…why are lunges and Bulgarian split squats so evil?
Never tried 5% pre workout but heard it is a beast.

Liver enzymes can also raise due to strenuous exercise as well. The AST and ALT enzymes are also found in skeletal muscle. Health anxiety sucks but I’m sure you’re good T! 🤗
Look into TUDCA, NAC and glutathione.1 -

I’m. It convinced bcaa are worth the skrilla - but do partake in eaa’s as I workout first thing in the morning - but again I don’t know if it’s worth it either tbh -1 -

They took it away last year I think and no news of anything like .. some set up their own wee cliques in groups I think 🤔 lots went to lose it app too1 -

The OG crowd arranged for anyone that left to no longer have a newsfeed. Unlike gangs, we let people leave..... we just never let them back in.
I wondered where you went. But these days if you want to have a selfie Tuesday (or was it Thursday?) you will have to share it in the forums. No more feed.1 -

I feel like activity feeds went away more than just a year ago? Maybe they brought them back and took them away again just to tease the masses 😠
Honestly the UX here has been declining for the past 10 years, and as I recall even more after they were acquired by some bigger sports outfit? Was it Under Armour?
But I do like the idea of wee cliques in groups! 🥰
