@GinLee61 congratulations on reaching maintenance! and yes, please stay with us. You are an inspiration that maintenance is achievable and not a unicorn goal that only exists in the magical MFP world. I would love to hear how your maintenance phase goes, the successes as well as the failures, to help me transition when I finally, if ever, reach my maintenance weight.
I never heard of TDEE. I had to google it. Here’s a link to a free calculator if anyone is interested.

I’m 62 and retired. I’m proud of the work I put in this week, and I want to keep the momentum going. I tracked everything. I’m usually lazy and stop after dinner and that’s when I snack. They add up quickly and getting back to tracking was a good reminder. My scale isn’t going to move if I’m not in a calorie deficit. I can only exercise my way out of a bad eating day to a point. I’ll see everyone next month. I love reading all the posts, positive and negative. It helps me to know I’m not alone in this journey. I started the challenge 155.2. I went up and down over the holidays and began in January the same weight. My UGW would be around 145ish.
    1/3: 155.2
    1/10: 154.4
    1/17: 153.8
    1/24: 154.2
    1/31: 152.8
