You're doing great @brnlow . You'll be going further than you ever imagined soon.

    Great Saturday run @tarun_yadavA !

Great training walk @daria0919 . I hope your ankle is okay today.

Good grief @chris_in_cal . I'm glad your dermatology appointment went well and glad you weren't hurt any worse in the collision with the bicyclist. (I hope he is ok, too.) Sounds like rest over the weekend is a good plan. COGRATS on getting back to 225 and getting a whole "new" wardrobe. What book is your book club reading? I've thought about joining one, just to make me have a reason to read again. But, then again, I don't need anything else in my life that I feel I HAVE to do, even if I don't feel like it. LOL

    You've got a great streak going there @brnlow !

    Great running @kgirlhart !

Good Monday morning all! After strength training, I ran a mile on the treadmill. Feeling pretty low on energy for the last couple of days for some reason.

@SummerSkier I've never heard of the sidekick muscle recovery tool.

@quilteryoyo - When I got home from Florida on Saturday evening, I had to take an alternate route home due to the road being flooded on my normal route but thankfully I wasn't affected by any other flooding. It's been really bad in many places nearby.
