I made a high protein egg bake - serves 8. I had a serving for breakfast with coffee and creamer. The rest of the egg bake is for breakfast each morning this coming week.3

Steak, eggs, potatoes. The best decaf ever! Clover Valley brand. Who'd a thunk!?! Out and about in the cold getting groceries to prepare for snow and colder. Forgot to get coffee at the grocery store, so pulled into dollar store for canned chicken, said to myself "they'll have coffee ". Bought a small can. YUM!2

Good morning to all! Well today, I had 130gr almond milk with 30gr bran flakes, 7gr dried papaya and 4gr peanuts, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 15gr cottage cheese and 20gr (1slice) of smoked turkey. And now I am getting ready for my black coffee.2

Started with dunkin coffee and wake up wrap. While taking vitamins, I noticed 4 grams of dark chocolate. Hmm. Then I noticed an almost empty almond butter container that I left on the counter to warm up so I could scrape out the last bit. Yes I did. Still hungry, so toast and peanut butter crackers.1
