Can you give some more information? I take it you have trouble falling asleep? How long has it been going on? Once you get to sleep, do you stay asleep? What's your environment like, noisy, calm, dark, light, quiet? Do you doze off on the couch etc?
Happy to try and advise but some more information would be helpful, as one assumes that you do actually sleep sometimes.3 -
The devil is in the details regarding sleep issues, so its hard to give effective suggestions. That being said a good start is to avoid day naps and go to bed at night and get out of bed in the mornings roughly the same time to start normalizing a sleep pattern.1

To fall asleep well, you need a healthy bedtime routine. Avoid screens at least one hour before bed. Do something that helps you to wind down. Meditate as you drift off, thinking about an image or words that symbolize something that you want or want to happen. Feel as though it has come true and sleep well knowing it is on its way to you. Additional things that can help are avoiding eating 2-3 hours before bed. Exercise during the day and hydrate well with water throughout the day. I like having a teaspoon of Manuka honey with Celtic sea salt right before bed. Helps me sleep and keeps my immunity up. Chia seeds with Greek yogurt as a small snack near bedtime help aid digestion and sleep.
