Hey all! I'm new here, about a week in with MFP. Lost total of 9lbs since Jan 1. I am 9 months post-partum and need to lose a total of 100lbs. Me and hubby are both on a weight loss journey, both looking to lose the same amount of weight. 2025 is our year to take better care of ourselves, our mental health, finances, etc. We are excited and here for it. Add me, Im here for new friends and motivation.2

Good morning. I have used MFP in the past but never premium. I join the Biggest Loser every year at work and we started yesterday. It runs 6 weeks. I plan on sticking with it even after it ends. I am so close to my goal of 140. I started at 214 lbs about 8 years ago. I am now 164. Slow and steady.2

Hello everyone. I have been a MFP member for ten years. I have participated on and off and unfortunately never met my goal. I've returned because it's time for me to see success. I have 129 pounds to lose, would love to get rid of the lymphedema in my right leg, decrease my lower back pain, and wake up feeling good. I've met so many supportive, kind people over the years; I look forward to reconnecting with them and many others. I'll be 72 in July and it's time to put my big girl pants on. I'm determined to feel better than I do now. That's why starting over is a great opportunity.2

Hello all! I am new here and looking forward to this healthy lifestyle.
I hope logging all of my meals will help in this journey.
Happy to help with food logging. Feel free to walk through my food journal. I might actually be addicted to logging my intake. Its been a great fall back and reference tool for me. You cant beat the accountability.1 -
Hello everyone! I am newish, I have join and canceled and then rejoined and canceled, well you get the point. Then I went to Weight Watchers and was losing weight on that but then they're changing the program and it's just not working out for me so I decided to come back to MFP. So here, I am a 46 year old woman who works about 50 hours a week and is trying to lose 20 lbs or so. Currently weigh at 218 pounds. Any helpful hints or tricks would be greatly appreciated. My main issue is staying motivated. I have all the tools at my disposal. I have an indoor gym at my house. I belong to a gym. I have no excuses, but just the lack of motivation. So for anyone that's out there that works long hours. Please provide some kind of insight on what your trick is that you've worked out to help you stay on track.2

I’ve had this app for almost years. This is the first time I’m paying attention and using it because I just got serious with my health and fitness goals! I got the premium version too along with a trainer who is helping me. I got a food scale and measuring cups and I plan on tracking my meals as often as I can. Any tips for newbies here?1
