Howdy from Montana

Greetings all from Big Sky Country. After a tough year battling the effects of long COVID, my primary care doctor suggested I try out My Fitness Pal. I am a little reticent but I am anxious to boost my energy levels and better manage my weight. Any advice, suggestions, encouragement would be much appreciated!

Welcome to mfp! My suggestion is take it one day at a time. You don't have to learn every thing at once. Just start making changes that you can sustain.

    Hi, Montana! And Welcome.

MFP helps you help yourself. I don't know what your Doctor had in mind. But it's easier to keep protein up and sugar down if you can see where you're getting it and how much you're getting.

Coming from a momma hen who would watch those things for her chickpeas, not from a medical or diet expert.
