    Got most things done yesterday, but still haven't swept or vacuumed the stairs/rugs. I have 2 dogs and it is very obvious that I haven't swept lately. Perhaps this evening.

    New food plan is going well, dropped another pound. I do love the honeymoon period of weight loss where you see quick results, but I know it will slow. Since March 20th, I'm down 10 pounds.

    Just another slow Friday at work. No evening plans except housework. Going to log for Fri - Sun, because I'm bad about setting goals on weekends.

    The sun will be out today , in spite of the snow still on the ground and cold temps this morning but my mood is a little prickly today.

    Since my scale gave me that new low number, all I have done is go up since. Currently I am up 3.2 lbs in 4 days.. Granted yesterday I indulged in a few extra snacks resulting in a calories excess of 382 but that was the first time I did that all week. I thought earlier in the week it was water retention from workouts but yesterday I took a water pill just to see what would happen, and today the scale is up again. So I have no idea.

    I more than met my protein goal yesterday but didn't quite hit my 10K steps, only hit 8300 steps.

    I am so worried that being off GLP's will just keep making my weight trend up in spite of what I do food and exercise wise because my body and system are stupid..

    Today I will drink lemon water like its going out of style and remember to do a fiber supplement to help with any hungries in the afternoon

    Go for a walk in the sunshine

    Focus on protein

    No belvita cookies

    full body strength day

    Try not to "punish" myself with an exhausting workout to try to turn this weight gain around because that is my go -to.

    Just for Friday, 04/04/2025

    1. 24 H plan & assess. 
    2. 64+ oz water
    3. Log every bite. More produce and grains this week. Less processed food this week. Close Food Diary at the end of the day.  Avoid dairy.
    4. Pack up laptop with warranty paperwork.  Drop at Fed Ex.  (Ongoing frustration…)Ask Bob about battery.
    5. 60 minutes activity. Can break into small exercise snacks…10 or 15 minutes at a time. Get outside!
    6. Declutter 5 things upstairs. Declutter 5 things downstairs. Digital declutter 15 minutes. Set timer so no overwhelm.
    7. Bible app plan. JFT. Patreon. JM, SA, DO readings. Gratitude journal. Daily Dialog. 
    8. Show our home some love.  Floors and laundry today.
    9. Spend 30 minutes in sewing room. 
    10. Get up and move during commercials tonight. Sit less! 
    11. Bedtime routine. Begin by 8:30 and do a little something during commercials. Early to bed tonight.

    Recap 4/3 R ~ Very windy today & wind chill around freezing. If wind dies down later like forecast, I may take dog for walk. ~ No walk

    • Lots of leftovers in fridge to finish up / limit snacks & sweets ~ string cheese, banana, 4 Star Burst, skyr / 80 oz. water / log all food / net calories zero ~ decent day -131 🙂
    • Gentle OT exercises (6x), tape 30 min. (3x), putty (2x), massage scar 😀 / PT exercises or walk dog? so busy cleaning, no time then too tired 🤔 but got 7400 steps 😁
    • Put away clean dishes / move remaining plants back to living room / water houseplants / one spring cleaning task 😅 deep clean in family room, included moving furniture to vacuum (and my hand was fine ~ yay) / call Mom ❤️ (before Brewers game starts) ~ so busy I almost forgot / finish finance tasks / read / digital declutter / other? lots of declutter (mostly paper stuff) in family room 😀 ta-da!

    JFT 4/4 F ~ Mild day & barely a wind!

    • Gentle OT exercises (5x), tape 30 min. (3x), putty (2x), massage scar / walk dog once hubby gets home (so I don't have to carry key)
    • OT appt 9:15 😀 / errands: Festival Foods (get gas rewards updated since hubby forgot he had a card in his own wallet), gas in car, check price of aluminum (drive past recycling center), vet (Veggiedents for dog) 😁
    • Refill birdfeeders / continue declutter of paper in family room / water houseplants / finance tasks (check if login is now working on website) / read / digital declutter / other?

    WOTY 2025:  Judicious ~ I just like the way the word sounds, and the meaning is right for me: having or showing reason and good judgement in making decisions. I can apply this word in so many ways!
