Bang on goal. Not doing anything special diet or exercise-wise, as I am too busy preparing for my son’s wedding weekend (not running at the moment while I deal with a touch of Plantar Fasciitis). I will be spending time with family and friends, enjoying the food and drink - but not going too silly - and dancing my heart out… my body allows me to do all the things I want to do, and long may that continue!Life is for living, and at the moment I feel very grateful for the people I love most, who surround me. I am radiating love and joy to all of you, too… MFP is the tool to do the job, but it’s the community I stay for. ❤️

Apr 7: 113.7Struggles and Successes: I started weighing myself before breakfast the last few weeks. I started weighing myself after breakfast many years ago because I wanted to do a little meditation before I let the cats out of their room. (Yes, my cats had their own room.) Since I retired 11 years ago, I meditate at a different time and the cats passed away a couple of years ago, I finally realized that it would be better before breakfast. The reason I am saying this is because that is why my weight is down a little. Actually, I am surprised about how much my breakfast weighed. 😀
