I can't tell you how many times I have randomly picked up my (very old) tracker and started wearing it again. Sometimes it's for the pretty pink with gold trim accessory that it provides but most the time it's to appease my curiosity of how many steps I'm walking in a day. A few months ago I started wearing the watch and opening up the MyFitnessPal app to track my caloric intake via custom recipes to avoid carbs sugars and various food sensitivities and migraine triggers. My caloric life is complicated to say the least. Even in the last few months I have stopped and started wearing the watch to track at least two or three times. Having just literally discovered this community groups area I am looking for accountability partners to walk through the highs and lows that go along with any health journey. Mine is more complex than I care to share in a single post but what I can tell you is my current personal challenge (that I have also just discovered) is tracking my sleep types and their values. Five decades in and I have still so much to learn!?! Here's to a new day of great decisions and positive outcomes. Let's get it!

I used this app heavily back in 2016 and have recently rediscovered it. I used to write all my info in a notebook and never do anything with it. I love that with the app I can do the same thing and make adjustments based on the data vs just logging!

Hi, I joined a few days ago. When I was last on here a few years ago I had quite a lot of friends which I found was really helpful. All of them were people I didn’t know irl but I added as friends on the app, or they added me. I’m really struggling to figure out how to do this as I have no friends on this app irl so was hoping to add a lot of like minded strangers to keep me motivated. Any help would be great :)
