I hope the insurance covers your scan @kgirlhart . Glad you got your run in before the storms hit.

    Thanks @chris_in_cal .

Hahaha! Thanks for the porn @tarun_yadavA . I hope the knee brace helps and that doesn't become an issue. Great run again.

@karina3 Welcome! Most keep a running total for the month and/or year at the top with varying amts of detail to follow.

@steviebee888 Welcome back and kudos on the race! An anniversary race sounds like a good year to target.

    Welcome @karina3

Typically on MFP in the "Challenges" category of the forums we have one post for the whole month. (This is the May post)

Log into MFP, go to the community forums, then look in the Challenges area, then scroll down to this Monthly Running Challenge thread. We keep it going for the month. Put your goals for the month, at the end of the month you report how you did.

I hope to see you around.

I hope you start feeling better quickly @SummerSkier !

@Scott6255 I'm glad that you got to get outside to run. I hope the knee continues to behave.

Glad to have you back @steviebee888 . Happy Birthday.

    Doing great @daria0919 .

Welcome @karina3 . To update, I copy and paste my last post to a new one and then add the next workout. Repeat the next day. (So, yes. A new post.)

You are doing great so far @Mari33a . I hope your son gets a proper diagnosis and it's an easy fix too.

@Laurz9191 You have put in the training! Have a super day and look forward to hearing about your PR!

Looks like a nice run @angf0679 . Cool about the deer.

@martaindale I love that you and your hubby go for evening walks together! Good luck on your HM in a couple of weeks.

Fantastic run @ContraryMaryMary ! That looks like a great place for a fun run.

    Nice run @tarun_yadavA .

@SummerSkier I'm glad that you are having great running weather. I usually find that cool weather clears my nose too, esp. when I step back into warmer conditions and it all starts to flow. 🤣 Great running and I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks @John772016 . Glad you got to sleep in, even if it meant missing cheering for the marathoners.

Congratulations @Laurz9191 . Great race and you look fantastic!

    1 May - Walked 1.25 miles - Ran 0.00 miles - Treadmill - Gym 58m07s - Doubles tennis 2h23m22s
    2 May - Walked 0.75 miles - Ran 2.75 miles - Treadmill
    3 May - Walked 0.75 miles - Ran 3.00 miles - Treadmill
    4 May - Walked 1.54 miles - Ran 0.00 miles - Treadmill

    10.04/80.00 mile goal

My Rest Day, "May the 4th Be With You Day," treadmill walk after church and before lunch. Normally, I would try to do 5.40 miles today, but since it was my rest day, I did what I could. 😂

I have a question. In January, some of us were talking about meeting in San Antonio (I think) for a Dec race. Is that still a possibility? Asking because the Space Force T-Minus 10 mile registration opens today and that reminded me that I need to make a decision about which race I want to do…if a group is going to meet in TX.

    May Goal: 140 miles

    5/1: 7.15 miles
    5/2: 6.25 miles
    5/4: 13.21 miles

    26.61/140 miles completed for May

Congrats on your 5K, and Happy Birthday @steviebee888 !

Congrats on your Half Marathon @Laurz9191 ! You did a great job even if you didn't quite make your PB, and that is a great race picture!

It was so nice this morning I decided to run a Half Marathon distance run. It was about 57°F when I started out and 49° dew point. It was also a pretty day with sunshine and blue skies and just enough wind to keep it comfortable. We have had a really nice spring this year. The run was great.

@quilteryoyo The Texas race that was being discussed is in College Station on December 14th. I would like to run it, but I can't make plans right now with my job situation. It is far enough from me that I would have to travel and stay overnight. I also got a free entry to a half marathon in November that I ran last year so I am probably going to run that one.
