Nice run @chris_in_cal . I hope the muscle soreness goes away soon.

Great run @tarun_yadavA . I hope the MFP issues are resolved soon. Mine always comes up with some weird message where the newsfeed used to be, but once I hit the food, exercise, or community button, it's okay.

That was the fanciest church dinner I've ever seen too @Teresa502 ! Great running and glad you didn't get rained on.

Take care of that foot @Mari33a .

    Glad today's run was better @yirara .

That sounds very promising @kgirlhart ! I'm excited for you. Great run!

    32.55/80.00 mile goal

I did a treadmill wun before heading out for the day. I ran totally fasted today. I have done that twice lately and it has been okay. In my younger days, I couldn't do it. Of course, that was also when I had chronic anemia, so that could have been the issue. LOL

Anyway, I had hit the snooze about 10 times more than I intended too, so was short on time. The run was at an avg pace of 12:21 min/mile. My avg HR was 123 with a max of 149 bpm. I mostly ran/walked for 4/1 minutes at various paces from 4.5 - 6.0 mph.

    Morning all

    Got in 5.0M at 10'07.

    PS:

@quilteryoyo btw. That wasn't my 10 year old who walked 50K yesterday! Haha. That was my wife. She was doing a charity walk yesterday with her coworkers. Shes not on Strava, but her email is used for my 10year old - so just used his as a one-off

Nice run this morning @tarun_yadavA . Well, I'm really impressed that your wife walked that far! (I was wondering. Is your son running at all now? I haven't seen a post from him in while.)

Younger one - not so much, of late.

Older one does - but he's lazy with turning on Strava so only a few sporadic ones show up

@tarun_yadavA what @daria0919 said, but more importantly, can she run? That is the question….

Things are not working out at the moment. Pretty much ever second day I feel like it's the middle of the night for me from 13:00 - 18:00 or so and I can hardly stay awake. Still tried to run today. Was slightly stormy and so I just went fast for the sake of it as it was not working anyway.

I hope the job is a perfect fit and that the company realizes what an awesome worker you would be @kgirlhart !

@WarmJellyfish - Yeah, I'm sure that's what all the guys are wondering…(Sorry about the back issues.)

I hope all goes well with hubby's surgery @daria0919 and he's back to normal activities quickly. I feel the same way about marathons - those days are over for me. However, my marathon PR was at Richmond. They really know how to put on races there! I still use my finisher blankets (one from the marathon and one from HM) and hope they will give those out again this year so that I can add to my collection.
