I hope the insurance covers your scan @kgirlhart . Glad you got your run in before the storms hit.

    Thanks @chris_in_cal .

Hahaha! Thanks for the porn @tarun_yadavA . I hope the knee brace helps and that doesn't become an issue. Great run again.

oh pretty shoes… I hate knee braces tho. I don't know how people wear them. They bother me more than the injury whenever I have tried them.

OK cold is progressing like a cold. Difficult to sleep lying down because well sinus she explode …🙃😳

GOing to keep my streak I think those as it was SUCH a gorgeous cool morning after the storms yesterday that I felt much better outside than in.

@karina3 Welcome! Most keep a running total for the month and/or year at the top with varying amts of detail to follow.

@steviebee888 Welcome back and kudos on the race! An anniversary race sounds like a good year to target.

    Welcome @karina3

Typically on MFP in the "Challenges" category of the forums we have one post for the whole month. (This is the May post)

Log into MFP, go to the community forums, then look in the Challenges area, then scroll down to this Monthly Running Challenge thread. We keep it going for the month. Put your goals for the month, at the end of the month you report how you did.

I hope to see you around.

I hope you start feeling better quickly @SummerSkier !

@Scott6255 I'm glad that you got to get outside to run. I hope the knee continues to behave.

Glad to have you back @steviebee888 . Happy Birthday.

    Doing great @daria0919 .

Welcome @karina3 . To update, I copy and paste my last post to a new one and then add the next workout. Repeat the next day. (So, yes. A new post.)

You are doing great so far @Mari33a . I hope your son gets a proper diagnosis and it's an easy fix too.

@Laurz9191 You have put in the training! Have a super day and look forward to hearing about your PR!

Looks like a nice run @angf0679 . Cool about the deer.

@martaindale I love that you and your hubby go for evening walks together! Good luck on your HM in a couple of weeks.

    1 May - Walked 1.25 miles - Ran 0.00 miles - Treadmill - Gym 58m07s - Doubles tennis 2h23m22s
    2 May - Walked 0.75 miles - Ran 2.75 miles - Treadmill
    3 May - Walked 0.75 miles - Ran 3.00 miles - Treadmill

    8.50/80.00 mile goal

I overcame my mental and physical tiredness and did a wun on the treadmill this morning. I did a run/walk of 2/1 and 1/1 min at 4.5 - 6.2/4.0 mph and ended with 7 mph (for the last tenth or so). It wasn't too bad. Avg pace was 12:36 min/mile. Avg HR was 124 with a max of 152 bpm.

Sunday long run today. Did just under 17k with a local run club. Perfect running conditions - cool, clear, and still. A real stunner of a day. The pace was a bit quicker than I’d like (especially on the hills, and there were a lot of those) but running with the group meant I got the distance I needed. If I was by myself I’d have probably pulled the pin at 12k.
