    Coffee with cream, grilled chicken, riced veggies, and feta.
    Got a better plan today - and meal prepping is key!!!

    Two Good Vanilla Yogurt with some blueberries and strawberries and added NuTrail low carb keto nut granola with cinnamon pecan.. I highly recommend that granola for those who enjoy that kind of crunch..I have used it as a cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk as well.
