Two Good Vanilla Yogurt with some blueberries and strawberries and added NuTrail low carb keto nut granola with cinnamon pecan.. I highly recommend that granola for those who enjoy that kind of crunch..I have used it as a cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk as well.

It's so good .. I get mine at Sam's Club .. you can get the large bag for a better bargain. i measure it out too and a serving is more than enough

Smoked salmon bagel and ube iced latte with skim milk from one of my fave spots.
Managed a nice walk, so the extra calories didn't hurt my daily goal :)

I try to mix it up but today I had…
Cottage cheese, egg whites, oats and vanilla blended to make several protein PACKED pancakes. Topped with super zero protein yogurt and triple berries.
And always, strong coffee with fair life core power shake as creamer.
Kept me full for hours and fueled my workout.2 -
3 eggs, over easy, cooked in the grease of 6 slices of thick cut, applewood smoked bacon. Homemade grits, wheat toast with real butter, a glass of OJ and a glass of whole milk.
Of course, this was after my run, which was a 75 minute workout with a 10 minute warm up, 55 minute pick up run, and 10 minute cool down. I still had to eat brunch and lunch to catch up with my calories, (if I was counting).
I love me some brekkie…..

Burger King breakfast burrito jr. 370 calories and 25 g fat! And i'll be hungry again soon. It was good, but I won't repeat it. Coffee and creamer.
