Round 301
June 30 - July 9, 2025

Please join us starting on 6/30 for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 301!

Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. You have only one hour to edit your post. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share. Make the board your own - track what is important for YOUR JOURNEY.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

@_JeffreyD_ and @judefit1 You are correct. We

start on June 30 and end July 9 as stated at the beginning but not on the list of days.

My apologies for the confusion. I think this is a good time to ask someone to take over. I have been starting these rounds since April of 2020 if my note is correct.

I haven't been reliable this last couple months, but If no one else takes over and I post every day this round, I'll take over for you. But I need to know what you do!

If there's someone more tech savvie who wants it, jump in here- I know @quiltingjaine has been asking for a couple rounds. But if not, I'll learn how to do it 😄

Happy to be starting a new ten days. These will be my last ten days before my birthday, when I will be firmly ensconced in the upper 60’s. (yes I know, I am already in my upper 60’s)

This round will have Independence Day along with traditional get-togethers. DD and her boyfriend will join us for a couple days so our whole family will be together for some parade, cookout and fireworks. My grands LOVE their aunt and “uncle” from out of town.

Without the goals above yesterday, my calories would be in a galaxy far far away, and I would have just stayed inside without getting a nice long walk done.

Historical Averages: I like to track averages due to my wild fluctuations. For the same reason, I like to weigh daily so I can see the lows from time to time. It gives me hope. As I look back over time I choose to let it inspire me rather than depress me.

My weight has been going the wrong direction since about the beginning of May. It's time to refocus.

6/30: 146.2. Yesterday, I did about an hour walk on the treadmill and a 30 minute walk outside in the evening. I started the day tracking food, but didn't keep at it all day. Today's goal is to track everything, do a treadmill run, and a walk outside.

Been checking back on previous days and noticed that as long as my carbs are low and cals aren’t crazy I’m still getting pretty good losses. So I brought my cals back up to 1600 and left my carbs goal at 15% .still dieting, losing and tread mill-walking but “working out” is pretty minimal. I need my workout partner to come back home from vacation!!

6/30 - 168.8 - This weekend went way off plan for us. The goal was for BF and LittleBro to go do guns and coffee with the boys and I could go see FamWife at the bake sale for her daughter's cheer camp (she was helping run the sale). Well, LittleBro and BF gave in and decided to go to the river which led to me skipping lunch entirely and therefore eating river snacks and then eating out for dinner. Not ideal. I was doing so well having had my protein brownie instead of all the delicious bake sale items. Friday wasn't ideal either since LittleBro and I went into town for the puppy's vet appointment and hung out for a bit, eating out. I did well Sunday but it was hot, water could not be properly kept up with, and it seemly wasn't meant to be. Back on track today fully, though!

Thank you @quiltingjaine 🌸 I really appreciate you doing this!!!💚

6/30-139-MIL ordered a limo to take us over 2 hours away to a baby shower, which was nice because it was Sunday traffic to the coast. Eating was a frenzy; I’m glad it’s Monday and Day 1 of the round, so back on track. Supposed to play pickleball this evening and it’s supposed to be 96 degrees when it starts. I’ll be drinking water all day.

@judefit1 @musicsax has offered as she has in the past, when I have been traveling. Perhaps you can switch back and forth. It’s mostly a copy and paste job with changing the dates.
