  • Finished with level 1! Today was day 10, so tomorrow begins level 2. Looking forward to it! Especially since so many people seem to like level 2. We'll see how it goes. :happy:
    you will love it - it is challenging I burned 241 cals doing this - much than I did on Lvl1 for sure! good luck tomorrow!

    Thanks! I'm pretty psyched up for it! I have a question. Do you use a calorie counter of some type when you exercise? Is that how you know you burned more calories on the second level?

    Also, on a side note, I actually got a compliment at work today from someone saying that I look much smaller!!! I work with mostly men and they either don't notice ANYTHING or they just don't say it, so to get a compliment must mean I'm doing something right. Keep it up everyone!!

    yeah I do extra cardio like jump rope just I try to burn like 200 or so cals....when the hrm reaches the 200 I stop...this morning I walk on the treadmilll for my burn - but I think I going to incorporate the px90 ab video every other day it's only 15 min I can work that in during my morning workout

    yes I use my heart rate monitor and on level 1 I was burning maybe 200 on a good day sometimes under but level 2 over 200 easy then I usually get some more cardio in for at least a 400 cal - I like to eat my cals back so I have to have some to eat :wink:

    Compliments are WONDERFUL!!! Keep it going I can't wait until the 3 week or so - I hear the inches and pounds falls off!!!! :drinker: CHEERS ALL OF US!!!!

    I do 30DS 5x week taking Wednesday off for a boot camp class, I also take part in a Xmas Challenge on here...there are exercise challenges everyday, I do Ab ripper 100 from the P90 DVD daily...working my way back up to Ab ripper 200.

    Completed day 2 of level 2 and it is challenging but I like it!!!!! I cannot do those V thing squats - my arms can't bear it but I'm pushing through.....

    I hear ya! I struggle with that one as well...and I am only using my 5lb weights to start out & can't even imagine going higher :noway:

    Does those V squat things get easier? I only using 5lb and can't seem to left them to my eye for no more than 6 or 7 times....

    I can't do to many over my eye level either, my arms go numb!!

    I try to do other cardio as well, biking, running 3 miles at least 3X a week if possible or a walk...sometimes I will do pilates/yoga to stretch things out!

  • Just finished day 1 of level 2 (11th day total). I must say so far I detest level 2! Lol. It'll be interesting to see how I feel about level 2 in a few days.

    Ok so I was supposed to start L2 today but it didn't happen. I have a 1/2 marathon coming up and today was my long run and I just couldn't manage an extra workout on top of 2hrs of running. I'm excited to do L2 tomorrow though!!!

    I hope everyone else is doing great!!!
