This week I'm at 170.3. I gain and lose the same 1lb each week :-( I need to get back on tracking my foods each day.0

Great idea, although in a really negative way not sure I'll be able to drop 25 in 11 weeks, but I'll give it a go but will be overjoyed if I manage 18 in that time
