    Challenge Starting Weight: 146.9 lbs
    Challenge Goal Weight: 140 lbs
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135 lbs

    Week 9

    Day 57—10/18—147.7

    Day 58—10/19—147.5 Got some side-hustle work done yesterday, cooked dinner, watched a movie with the fam. Nothing exciting to report, except I’m grateful for my mundane life.

    Day 59—10/20—147.4  Today’s 2 simple goals: eat well and get in some intentional exercise.

    Day 60—10/21—147.2  

    Day 61—10/22—146.7 This is my goal weight for this week. I hope to hold on to it til Friday.
    Yesterday’s workout: strength training and a little cardio at the end.

    Day 62—10/23—146.5 Happy to see the scale going in the right direction. Trend weight still high though.
    Yesterday’s workout: Cardio and toning peloton classes.

    Day 57—10/18: DNW

    Day 58—10/19: DNW

    Day 59—10/20-DNW

    Day 60—10/21: 219.2 – Well, here I am back to the beginning again after going off the rails this weekend. Back on track today, did a good cardio/weights and yoga stretch.

    Day 61—10/22: 217.8 – OK good, still letting water weight go from this weekend. One more pound and I’ll be back to where I was before I sabotaged myself. Did a cardio workout & stretch this morning, will stay on track today.

    Day 62—10/23: 217.0 – 2 more ounces and I’ll break even to where I was last Friday. Did a nice pilates workout & will stay on track today.

    Day 63—10/24: 216.8 – OK, exactly last Friday’s weight. Good cardio & weight workout. This weekend I will stay strong – I want progress more than pizza!!
