    I am happy to be back with Myfitness Pal. I was so successful the last time I was using this app. Hopefully it will help me again. All about accountability right? Lost 50lbs in 2013-2016. Now back hoping to lose the 40lbs I have gained from having a baby, menopause, and divorce. Looking forward to seeing the new me!

    hi! I’m a 55 year old female. Been using the app for about a month and I’m hooked. I’m down 10 pounds and really paying attention to what I put in my body. I love to cook and typically cook healthy meals but they are often heavier on the carbs and don’t have enough protein. I’m switching things up and seeing a difference!

    Numbers and analytics do not come natural to me so you will need to teach me that love!

    Hi awesome people,

    Long time user of the app. Like many took a long break, real life distracts us sometimes from doing the small things like tracking our food and macros. I'm so glad to be back. Looking for friends to help each other stay motivated and stay on track.

    Hey folx! I used to track everything in this app with a friend in college, but stopped when some medical issues distracted me from it all. Since then, I have gained weight to the point that my BMI has gotten out of control and is up to 42! It’s time for me to step it up and get my booty back in gear. Luckily my current partner has been going to our local gym off and on since we met 3 years ago, so he had me sign up too last week. I’ve never been a member at a gym before due to my ADHD and possible Autism Spectrum disorder and my anxiety being so overwhelming… but I have been in therapy for years and I am beginning to really put in some work to help myself cope with the environment of a gym! Wish me luck as I begin my journey! I plan to lose about 100lbs in the process and will be starting my medical transition journey as well. 🏳️‍⚧️ I am nonbinary and looking for Transgender siblings. Add me as a friend if you’d like! 👍 I’m a great friend and a wonderful listener.

    Hello. I new to the app, not here to lose anything but to gain and maintain. Not new to working out but since I moved from NY to FL I reminisce of the days I was bulkier/buff - lol. I have always hard a time eating properly/clean and consistently.

    With the app, it definitely helps let me know what is working. What I have been eating. Where I am slacking and need to improve to get to my target weight/goal.
