    5' 7.5" (i embrace that 1/2 inch ;) ) and 130 is my weight now, but shooting for 120.
    I don't think most 5'7" girls can/should go as low as 120, i was just bless/cursed with a naturally VERY rectangl-y shape.

My goal is 140 & fit! I have a slightly larger frame, so I think this would be a good weight for me. I would love to be a size 6! I will reevaluate once I get there & could try to go into the 130s if I feel like I could still lose a little more!

I would be very happy at 150, even happier if I hit 140.

I am almost 5'8. The lowest i have ever been was 126 lbs. I think healthy for this height is 135-145. I was still a size 6 at 145 lbs. I would definitely NOT go under 125. Its makes you look too skinny. Its not necessary to be that small. That weight is for tiny ppl (in height) not tall ppl.

Im aiming for 120-123 and athletically toned

Right now I am shooting for 180 (I have a large body frame). Depending on how I feel and look when I get there, I may try for 160-170.

Same here, I can't imagine myself lower than that ('cause I never have been!) so 180 is my goal for now and when I get there I'll reassess based on how that weight looks on my frame.

Same here, I cant picture myself 140 I wanna be around 180 give or take.

My goal is 185 for the same reasons. I might adjust when I get there but it won't be lower than 160.

I keep going back and forth, but for now I've decided on 135.

I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 120-125 but an athletic looking 120. I'd rather be on the higher end of my goal and athletic than the lower end and scary skinny. I'm currently 137 and started at 146 and it's only taken me 2 months :)

5'8'' currently 137, whatever it takes to tone my thighs, my guess... 125.

I'm 5'7 and I'm aiming for 140 at the moment (currently 159). I'm pretty big boned and even 140 may be too low, I'll judge it as I get towards that weight though.

I am 5'7 and my goal is 140. I am large framed and athletically built though, so at 140 I am a size 5.
  • 135-140 but I think that might be really tough to do at this point. Honestly I'd be happy as a fit, toned 160 - I have a larger frame. I just want to comfortably rock a size medium :)

I guess "too skinny" is a matter of opinion. :-) I know that I feel better, my clothes fit beautifully, and my energy, strength and stamina are through the roof. Of course, I am vegetarian, and we are thinner naturally because of not eating animal products. I don't run into many women my age who are anywhere close to my level of fitness and/or "skinniness". I wear a size 3 in most pants, 2s in some brands.

Im aiming for about 160 - but im sure that will change as I get closer :)
  • I'm aiming at 155-160. Not sure if I'll get there because I am big boned.

I'm 5'7" and for me, 155-160 looks really healthy for me. I was there about a year ago and it's my goal weight again.

I do have a decent amount of muscle build, so for me 160 still gives me my woman curves (the best ones :) and I'm very very healthy & fit.

It's different for everyone, so just aim for what would seem comfortable for you.

    Cheers! :drinker:

According to your picture u look very skinny already. Why would u want to lose more?
  • 120 is my goal weight but I have a small frame.

I agree! My lowest weight once was 132lbs and I didn't look healthy at all. My shoulder bones were sticking our,u could see my ribs....people didn't like it

I am 5"7 and I have been 132 at the lowest. Could not maintain. I usually do best around 138 - 140, that is the easiest to maintain while feeling great about myself!
  • I'm shooting for 115-110 and am 5'8 but am small boned. I am currently 125 and look pudgy and awkward. It would be nice to be toned.

I am happy with where I am at right now. I'm 5'7" and am maintaining between 133 and 135lb.

My starting weight was 167. My goal weight for now is 140. Once I reach that goal, I will re-evaluate.

My goal is 155. My lowest weight was 135, but I looked too scrawny. I have wide hips and a medium frame, so arun 150 is good for me. I am currently at 162, and it's hard for me to get into the 150's.

My starting weight was 180. I'm aiming to be around 140-145. I was there about 4 years ago and then people were starting to tell me I looked to skinny.

Hoping to get a little more toned this time.

I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 155. When I get to 160 I'm going to see how I feel though. I"m currently 170 and wear a size 10 / medium. I have added muscle over the past year. At 155 I will be a size 8 so I would be perfectly happy with that.

I'm 5'7" with a medium-to-large frame and my goal is 160 lbs, but that's just a rough estimate. My real goal is to wear a US size 8.
