Didn't lose anything this week...I'm really doing my exercises and following my plan but I guess what counts are the inches cause my size 16 jeans are going down without unbutton them so it's a plus....hope everyone has an awesome week...this week is bullying week so let's stop all types of bullying...:)

As of this morning I have officially hit a 20 lb loss from the beginning of my journey and I am so frikking happy!! Not to mention, I have a new boyfriend! :happy: :blushing: AND my almost 3-yr old re-started day care today and didnt too badly! Keeping fingers crossed that all this wonderful stuff stays just the way it is or gets better!!
Anyways, here are my stats for today:

Obviously, I am going in the wrong direction but I was on vacation for over a week so I actually was thinking it would be WAAY worse:ohwell: I'm focusing more on losing the rest of this belly fat from the kiddos now that I'm at my goal size - does anybody have any suggestions that has worked for them?0 -
Lovecola- I have really really really burned myself out. Yes the shred is amazing, but after i do day thirty tomorrow I am not doing another work out till next monday! As for next monday my new plan is to only work out 4 days a week. My husband works 4 tens, so days he is at work, ill get in a work out. My plan is to do each level of the shred and the 4th day ride my stationary bike. We will see how it goes, but it looks like my plan to do the shred again will be when i wean my son. I dont plan to stop nursing anytime soon though.

Good Morning ladies....Sorry for the late response but i was out of town this weekend and didnt get home until late yesterday. Unfortunately there is no change in weight to report this week - still up from two weeks ago. I have got to kick it into high gear. It seems like there is always something going on these days! Congrats to all of you and your success to date - i hope to be there next week!!!0

Latoya- Great job making it to day 4!! From what I have seen the majority of people dont make it to day 2 or 3! Once you hit day 4 to me its seems like your over the hump! I beg you to stick with it and you wont be sorry! It does amazing by my body!! Now if it would some how get my in the 130s by tomorrow id be thrilled! HAHA Not gunna happen. But I am happy to report today is my day 30!!!! Ill post my final results for you all on here tomorrow, mostly to brag and push you along Latoya! Love ya ladies, Keep at it!!!0

I didn't weigh in this Monday because I had a bit of insanity in my nutritional life due to 3 days of holiday eating followed by a fast day on Sunday. Is it OK to skip a week?

Good morning ladies.. Have a small piece of good news.. I spent my first night in my new apartment on Saturday.. and while there still is a lot of work to be done, we should be fully moved in by next week!! I am so happy!
On the other side of the coin, I didnt lose much weight this week.. and even though I wish I did, I am not upset... at least I didnt put on!

Given what this week was like I'm happy I lost and 0.9lb is great. I still want to be under 140 by next weekend, but that may not happen. But I should at least be able to get to 140.x.
On a cool note, on Friday I discovered I now fit nicely into size 4 petite pants. They wouldn't fit if they went in at the waist, but since most pants sit at the waist now it's the hips that matter. Part of me thinks it's crazy-I'm still obviously fat, but part of me is deliriously happy. To go from a size 10/12 to a 4 in 5 months is a great achievement, I think.0
