    This week has been CRAZY busy at work, so i havent been able to log on as much as i normally do. sorry for being a bit absent this past week. hoping that next week is better. posting my stats tonight though in case i get too busy tomorrow. family day at the Renaissance Festival!!

  • A Word About Self Talk...

    Even when you're not talking, your brain is chattering away with inner dialogue. Often the conversation is harmless, more a running commentary than a voice of influence. But when you run into a challenge, the tone shifts.

    That innocent self-talk, if uncontrolled, can talk you out of doing things that push you past your comfort zone. To save you from yourself, listen to these thoughts. Consciously put a stop to unreasonable worries and replace them with thoughts that encourage and uplift.

    When I catch myself negative talking in my brain...I make it a point to say 3 positive things out loud! Alot of the time we look for someone or something else to motivate us...but its super important to learn how to encourage yourself too...

    augh sorry for yesterday guys, I meant to post the rest of my results but we had a SUPER long errands day looking for stuff for the house and I conked out AFTER I did like 20 more woodchoppers and 20 more jump squats./

    oh well.

    THIS WEEK I AM ON TRACK... I hope. Moving is mostly done but unpacking is NOT, neither is cleaning our old place. AUUUUGH
